In compliance with the 19th inst. on the letter from the Colonial Secretary's Office, N.766. Dated 17th inst., I beg to report that I have today inspected the position of the encroachments by Washermen and others in the neighbourhood of the Albany nullah which were removed
on the 13th inst. by my directions, and have satisfied myself that they were all within the limits of the War Department's Lands.
